Old Fashioned Fizz

Ingredients
| 1/2 | lemon, juiced | ||

| 1/2 | cup | crushed ice | |
|
|
|||
| 2 |
egg whites
|
||
|
|
|||
| 1-1/2 | ounces | heavy cream | |
|
|
|||
| 1-1/2 | ounces | gin | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | tablespoon | confectioner's sugar | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In shaker combine lemon, (juiced), ice, egg whites, heavy cream, gin and sugar; shake well. Strain into 8 ounce fizz glass.
